BCG Built CO2 AI in 2020 to Support Large, Complex Organizations in Managing Their Sustainability Goals by Helping Them Measure and Reduce Their Emissions Impact at Scale
In collaboration with BCG Gamma, I led an ambitious initiative to develop advanced carbon emission software, aimed at supporting global efforts to project net-zero climate ambitions by 2050. My role involved overseeing the integration of complex data solutions with user-centric design principles to meet critical environmental and research objectives effectively.

Majid Al Futtaim malls across the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Bahrain all won multiple awards across categories including seven gold and 12 silvers.
At the heart of Majid’s transformation, I led the creation of an integrated digital ecosystem focused initially on Vox cinemas and subsequently extended across their entire F&B network. This ecosystem comprised a customer-facing tool, a point-of-sale system, and a yield management system, all designed to work in unison to elevate the customer experience and operational efficiency.
